Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional electrical maintenance services, supporting both preventive and reactive maintenance activities within agreed timelines.
This is a Permanent Full time Position based on 37 hours per week.
In addition evening/weekend on call duties - with additional pay – approx. 1 in 6 weeks at a time
Hours of work : 37 per week
Days of Work: Mon to Fri + additional on call duties
Contract: Permanent
Main Responsibility
Complete all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks within agreed timescales.
Assist other technicians with various maintenance tasks.
Install, repair, inspect, and test electrical installations according to IET Wiring Regulations.
Conduct reactive maintenance and installation testing (EICR).
Ensure compliance with statutory workplace safety requirements, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Participate in the the On-Call rota (overtime applicable).
Complete appropriate and relevant Electrical Certificates and Electrical Condition Reports.
