Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative at Sennybridge Training Camp, Powys.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the Training Estate, you will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.
The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly over the course of a 37 hour working week with a requirement to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.
Please note we are currently under a pay review and all salaries under living wage will be increased to reflect this
Main Responsibility
To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose
General building maintenance
Housekeeping
Grounds maintenance
Stock management & waste services
Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Excellent communication skills
Ability to complete documentation
Basic IT skills
Must hold a Full valid UK drivers licence
