Job Introduction

Landmarc, a leading provider of integrated training and sustainable infrastructure solutions for the UK Ministry of Defence. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to manage the Programme of billable works and services and to ensure that all project work is delivered and future works and services are developed.

Main Responsibility

Manage billable works and services, resources, delivery programmes, and interact with various teams to ensure Programme Delivery.

Develop and deliver high level programme overviews, in consultation with the client.

Manage the Billable Works Register, ensuring the quality and volume reflects the true condition of assets under management.

Develop options for projects in collaboration with the client, ensuring that all options are fully compliant, costed and deliverable within defined timescales..

Oversee design, delivery of project works, and ensure compliance with CDM requirements.

Oversee individual Project Risk Registers and Master Data Assumptions Lists, in order to effectively manage overall programme delivery and ensure risk is effectively managed across the programme.

Liaise with stakeholders for effective programme delivery, report progress, and maintain compliance with statutory bodies.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of CDM, Contractor Management and Safe Systems of Work and NEBOSH Construction
  • Knowledge of Project Planning, preferably in a multi- tasking environment.
  • Knowledge of Project Management gained through a Level 4 qualification such as NVQ/HNC or MSP and APMP or equivalent and proven experience.
  • Knowledge of building services and statutory regulations
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Project and Asite desirable
  • Must hold UK driving licence
