Job Introduction

Otherwise know as 'Technical Support Administrator' at Landmarc.

 

Landmarc Support Services is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Support Administrator to join our team at Longmoor Camp in Liss, Hampshire.

In this role, you'll ensure the effective administration of compliance records, technical documentation, and support various operational functions across our facilities.

Main Responsibility

Maintain and update compliance records for Training Estate Facilities.

Manage and improve technical documentation, including reports and action plans.

Review and quality-check technical documents and processes.

Handle document release, change control, and work order processing.

Provide minor project administration support, including preparing work packs and tracking actions.

Coordinate the upload of reports to AMS/Maximo and manage technical databases.

Perform audits and other administrative tasks such as diary management, note-taking, and data entry.

Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across all levels.

Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and operational standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Technical understanding of compliance requirements (DSEAR, Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, Gas, Petroleum)
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
  • Applicants must hold a valid driving licence as travel will be required
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely is desirable)

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CAFM software (e.g. Maximo)
  • Knowledge of MOD Defence Infrastructure Organisation compliance requirements
