Job Introduction

Landmarc currently require a Plumber to join our thriving business. The role will require you to be responsible for any maintenance both planned and reactive on site.  The successful candidate will be a good team player working within a small but dedicated team also with the ability to work alone or with minimum supervision.

 

Main Responsibility

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on thermostatic mixer valves.


Various tasks in relation to legionella management on site such as descaling spray taps
Reactive maintenance on hot and cold-water systems


Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, other engineers, end users on site and general public at all times


Ability to work effectively on own or as part of team to ensure we meet our client contract expectations


To collaborate with other engineers and site staff to arrange site access to required working areas

 

Contact suppliers for replacement parts and cost information


A flexible approach to supporting other resources as required


Any other tasks required by the company within skill set/experience

 

Carrying out basic plumbing work including reactive maintenance within a domestic environment

 

Tracing and fixing leaks, tap repair and replacement, toilet repair and replacement

 

Providing an excellent level of customer service

 

Adhering to impeccable health and safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

Plumber qualifications to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating) and NVQ Lvl 3 in Plumbing or equivalent or NVQ Lvl 2 or similar experience. 

Familiarity with, and ability to work to Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionalla L8 requirements

Experience of reactive maintenance, fault finding and resolution, installations, testing and commissioning
