Landmarc Support Services is excited to offer an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Building and Construction team based at Westdown Camp in Salisbury.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for line managing our Maintenance Technicians, overseeing their day-to-day activities, working closely with the Team manager to ensure compliance of the Training Estate Support contract.

Main Responsibility
Supervision of the onsite maintenance technician team to include being responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping
To be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs to assets, buildings and equipment to support estate delivery including but not limited to;
- Building repairs and maintenance
- Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
- Stock management
- Managing KPI’s
- Inspections
Management of Contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and CDM
Use the internal maintenance system to coordinate all maintenance activities
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance delivery
Ensure maintenance and asset records are kept up to date, completing all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
Schedule on site visits to deliver work place talks
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work
Technical knowledge of Building & Construction
Proficient computer literacy, including the use of tablets and relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Previous supervisor experience (Desirable)
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Must hold Full Valid UK Driving Licence (Essential)
