Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office near Netheravon, SP4 9RB)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our learning and development function, coordinating training activities, managing performance data, and helping shape the future of our people development strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinating training events, maintaining accurate records, and managing certification processes
- Supporting the development and delivery of learning materials and new training content
- Providing performance and development reporting to support business needs
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Supporting the full training cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation
- Assisting with general administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- A proactive, customer focused mindset
- Willingness to learn Landmarc-specific systems and tools
- Understanding of the training cycle or a desire to develop in this area
- Previous experience in a Learning & Development role is desirable, but not essential

About the Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
