Landmarc Support Services is excited to invite applications for the role of Training Area Operative at Ash Ranges, Ash Vale. This is a critical position, ensuring our Armed Forces have a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment for their training.

Flexibility Required: 37 hours per week, between 07:30 - 23:30

Weekend Work: Some weekends required, compensated by our Variable Days Allowance

Main Responsibility

Maintain military ranges and training areas

Oversee the handover and takeback of range facilities

Perform grounds and facility maintenance

Test and maintain equipment

Drive and operate fleet vehicles

Complete necessary documentation using IT and paper-based systems

Carry out additional tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work

Ability to operate plant and machinery

Eager to learn and undergo further training

Computer literacy skills

Excellent communicator with people on all levels

Flexibility to support with occasional work on other regional sites

Must hold a Full Manual Valid UK driving licence (essential)
