Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services currently have four exciting opportunities for Training Area Operatives at STANTA Training Area in Thetford, Norfolk.
These exciting roles require no previous experience just a great attitude
As the Training Area Operative your main responsibilities will be to take back ranges from Military units and ensure they are left safe and secure.
The working hours will always be between 16.00 and 02.00 over varied days, but you will be given at least 15 days’ notice of your new rota. This role may suit someone who is already working and is looking to gain extra income or who is looking for a part time, flexible role
As a flexible member of the team we will guarantee you a minimum of 8 hours a month with an average of 12, 4 hour shifts per month.
£12.70ph rising to £13.07ph after successful probation
Main Responsibility
Attend STANTA or Thetford ranges to raise/lower range flags and open/lock gates as and when required
Handover/take back of facilities and or ranges with service users and completing the relevant documentation
General housekeeping
Driving and operating fleet vehicles
The Ideal Candidate
No experience necessary and full training will be given
Happy working in a rural setting and content working outdoors in all weathers
Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
Acts responsibly to maintain a safe environment
Have a full driver’s licence valid in the United Kingdom (essential)
