Technical Administrator

Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Technical Administrator to support asset compliance, planned maintenance records and technical documentation across Hythe Ranges and the wider region. This role suits someone who is organised, confident working with data and able to follow structured processes to keep compliance activities accurate and up to date.

You’ll work closely with operational, technical and contractor teams, maintaining high‑quality records and ensuring non‑compliant assets are progressed through the correct procedures.

 

Role details 

  • Salary: £27,579.33
  • Location: Hythe Ranges, Dymchurch Road, Hythe, Kent, CT21 6QD
  • Contract: Permanent, Office‑based, Fulltime
  • Hours of work: 37 p/w. 08:00 - 16:30 Mon - Fri. Early finish on Fridays

What You’ll Do

  • Monitoring and managing non‑compliant assets, reviewing PPM records and linking issues to the correct maintenance tasks and follow‑on work orders
  • Tracking follow‑on works through to completion, updating PPM records once remedial actions are finished and ensuring compliance is reinstated accurately
  • Investigating data discrepancies, carrying out regular data quality checks and maintaining clear, accurate technical and compliance records
  • Producing weekly compliance reports, analysing data to identify trends and escalating significant issues where required
  • Liaising with operational, technical and contractor teams to gather information, clarify requirements and progress outstanding actions
  • Following established SOPs and governance requirements, maintaining a strong audit trail and supporting technical teams across regional sites such as Lydd and Longmoor

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent administration skills with a focus on accuracy, data quality and structured processes
  • Confident reviewing technical information, maintenance records and asset data
  • Skilled in data entry and reporting, with the ability to interpret information and spot issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable using both bespoke and off‑the‑shelf software packages
  • Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo (desirable)
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills to support technical reporting
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to manage workload effectively and meet required timescales
  • Holds a valid UK driving licence and can travel to regional sites
