Location: Hythe Ranges, Reachfields, Hythe, Kent, CT21 6QD

Main Responsibility
- Maintaining document recording for technical services
- Review contractual documents and report on them
- Co-ordinate and upload reports
- Data capture and input
- Work orders processing
- Auditing records
- Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes
- Provide support for other Administrative roles
- Working on other regional sites where required to assist with meetings to include Lydd & Longmoor.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent Office and Administration skills
- Familiar with contracts, data and reporting
- Strong data entry and reporting skills
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
- Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience of communicating with stakeholders
- Ability to follow processes within time constraints
- Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence as travel required (essential)
