Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Team Supervisor to support the Technical team in North Region. The role is based in Wathgill Camp however has regional delivery requirement. This role suits someone who works proactively, communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels and has strong technical awareness technical compliance within a maintenance environment. The position plays a key part in supporting safe, compliant and effective contract delivery across the Defence Training Estate.
Role Details
- Salary: £35,000
- Location: Wathgill Camp, North Yorkshire
- Contract: Permanent, Office Based, Mon – Fri, 37 hrs p/w
- Travel: Regional travel will be required

What You’ll Do
- Support the Technical Support Managers and Regional Technical Manager by maintaining and updating policy databases
- Supervise administrative support to ensure effective contract delivery
- Manage team performance using appraisal processes and management tools
- Provide a comprehensive service to regional teams
- Respond to operational calls and support daily operational activity
- Capture, analyse and report data
- Process work orders and coordinate reporting
- Audit records and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders to support effective contract delivery
- Line Manger responsibilities for a small technical administration team
- Be prepared to innovate, enhance and deliver at pace
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Effective people management skills to motivate and support the team
- Technical awareness of across the Big 7 delivery requirements
- Health and Safety knowledge gained through IOSH Managing Safely
- Ability to interpret and apply technical policies and compliance requirements
- Excellent IT literacy with ability to use MS Packages & off the shelf software
- Strong ability to interpret data
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel
