Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services have an exciting opening for Team Manager to manage the service provision across the training area and facilities. 

This is an exciting role for anyone that has a solid foundation in an operational management role and is looking to develop their career within a unique environment.

Main Responsibility

Fleet availability liaising with fleet suppliers and garages.

Processing vehicle bookings and scheduling vehicles to tasks.

Job allocation to drivers

Processing holidays etc. for team

Writing of risk assessments.

Managing driver qualifications for both RAF and civilian personnel.

Management of Clarity (vehicle booking system) and Mydrive driver qualifications and competencies.

End of month statistics and paperwork to be gathered for fleet and plant machinery.

The Ideal Candidate

What you know

Good administrative experience.

Experience of managing a team of people.

Flexible in their approach to tasks.

Previous management experience

Evidence of effective communication and influencing people.

What you can do

 

Excellent administration skills with good knowledge of word/excel. 

Ability to communicate effectively with Landmarc personnel but also RAF, external suppliers and other military units. 

Ability to problem solve and react quickly to a changing set of circumstances. 

Ability to plan movements of equipment and personnel to meet military needs.
