Landmarc Support Services is seeking a motivated Facilities Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a group of operatives dedicated to the upkeep and maintenance of the Training Estate facilities. Typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.
We are looking for someone with experience working in a Facilities Management industry or leading a high-performing team in a similar environment.
Role Details
- Salary: £30,869.34
- Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS
- Contract: Permanent / Full‑time / On-site
- Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 16:00, (08:00 - 15:30 Fridays)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team, acting as primary point of contact for the Site Manager.
- Play an active role – up to 80% of your time will involve working alongside them.
- Oversee cleaning duties within facilities.
- Assist in handover/takeover of all facilities.
- Control the issue of secure and non-secure keys.
- Oversee stock levels management and reorder where needed.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and COSHH.
- Ensure relevant paperwork is recorded and kept up to date.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and experience of soft FM services.
- Experience in housekeeping
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety protocols, including COSHH, manual handling, and risk assessments
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management
- A valid UK manual driving licence is essential for this role
