Main Responsibility
Co-ordinate and upload reports to management software (AMS/Maximo)
Work orders & purchase order processing
Booking MOT’s & Services
Data capture and input
Note-taking during meetings
Answering incoming telephone calls
Provide cover as needed for Reception duties
Provide support for other Administrative roles as required
Working on other Regional sites where required to assist with meetings to include; Brunswick Camp (GU24 0QQ)
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent Office and Administration skills
Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence as travel will be required. Company car provided
