Hours of work - 37 hours per week

Days of work - Mon - Fri

Contract - Permanent

Main Responsibility

To be responsible for carrying out any duties providing administrative support to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and Landmarc, to enable contract delivery for Longmoor Camp. Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Work orders processing
  • Diary management
  • Note-taking at meetings
  • Fleet vehicles
  • Typing & filing
  • Stationary managing
  • Purchase orders
  • Reception duties - where required 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Sofware 
  • Office and administration skills
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Driving Licence essential as there is a requirement to support the Admin Office at Brunswick Camp on occasion
