Landmarc Support Services are offering an exciting new opportunity for a Team Administrator, based at Lulworth Camp in Dorset, this is a regional role so there will be a requirement for occasional work at other sites within the South West region.
In this role, you'll be a crucial member of our dedicated team, providing support to the operations teams and ensuring the timely, compliant handling of orders through the business processes. Working as part of a wider multi-discipline team the role will provide essential support to the Defence Training Estate and ensure we are supporting safe, sustainable training solutions for the Armed Forces.

Main Responsibility
To support the work order life cycle; generation, receipt, planning, execution & closure.
Ensure follow-on works are recorded and reported in accordance with contracted service and compliance requirements.
Maintain asset data records to ensure compliance certification is captured and uploaded accurately.
Support asset identification, validation and record accuracy.
Provide initial site point of contact and liaison to present a professional welcome and inducting clients & visitors.
Be part of the Site Infrastructure Review Meeting Team to capture, understand and resolve issues, actions and decisions.
Wider administrative duties including reception, answering telephones calls, supporting access control and note taking.
Working on other Regional sites in the South West where required to assist with meetings to include; Lulworth (primary location of role), Wyke Regis & Exmouth.
The Ideal Candidate
- Office and Administration skills
- Able to record complex business matters as simplistic, contextualised actions or records of decisions
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as; Word, Excel Outlook
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
- Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
- Ability to follow processes within time constraints
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
- Experience of IBM system Maximo software (desirable)
- Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
