We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail who will enjoy working in a small, but dedicated team, to support our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional service to Landmarc and our customer.

Shifts run between: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Fridays
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Okehampton Training Camp, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 1QP

Main Responsibilities
- Work Order processing
- Data capture and input
- Uploading documents
- Note-taking during meetings
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Provide Administrative Support to Management Staff
- Support smooth running of daily operations, liaising with facilities team.
- Act as first point of contact for all visitors, staff andcontractors.
- Handleincoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and documentation.
- Supporttracking and reporting KPI’s related to site operations, maintenance andaccommodations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent Office and Administration skills
- Software Skill
- Stakeholder communication
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience of note / minute taking
