Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative to join the Landmarc Support Services team at Kirkcudbright Training Centre in Scotland.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Days of work: Between Monday and Sunday
Shifts run between: 07:00 – 19:00
Contract: Permanent
Annual Allowances: £1,127.50 Variable Days Allowance (for weekend work)
Main Responsibility
Cleaning of camp facilities and estate buildings
Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment and assist other members of the team as required
Assist the team with ensuring the training estate and facilities are ready for allocation
Handover and Hand back of camp facilities
Weekly Preventative tasks, such as Water Outlet Flushing and Fire Alarm Call Point Checks (Training Provided)
Undertake further training as required
Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
The Ideal Candidate
Understanding of Health and Safety such as COSHH and Safe Systems of Work
Knowledge and experience in general housekeeping/cleaning duties
Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives
Basic IT skills – Predominately tablet use
Excellent communication skills
Flexible attitude towards tasks
Must hold full UK driving licence (essential)
