Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for Two Site Operatives to join the Landmarc Support Services team at St Martins Plain, Kent.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

Hours of work - 37 hours per week
Days of work - Mon- Fri
Contract - Permanent
Main Responsibility
Ensuring accommodation blocks are kept clean to a high standard
Cleaning of ablutions, shower blocks etc.
Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Stock management
Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including but not limited to, weeding, planting, and pruning
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work
Maintain records of tasks completed and report any issues
Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling and safe systems of work
Basic Housekeeping and caretaking skills
Excellent communicator with people on all levels
Knowledge of stock control and systems
Ability to complete documentation
Basic IT skills
Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
Willing to be vaccinated against work place risks (essential)
