Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative at Otterburn, Northumberland.

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the estate. You will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do. No experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

This role is based on 37 hours per week to be worked over 5 in 7 days. You will be required to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.

Hours of work - 37 per week

Days of work - Mon- Sunday 

Contract - Permanent

 

 

Main Responsibility

Looking after accommodation buildings, camp facilities and office areas via housekeeping and minor maintenance duties.

Ensuring offices, accommodation, and camp facilities are kept clean to a high standard, and are fit for purpose.

Statutory and Mandatory checks.

Complete relevant documentation using both IT and paper based systems.

Grounds maintenance.

Any other duties as required

 

The Ideal Candidate

Working within a team and a good team player.

Willing to undertake further training.

Manual handling.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of Health and Safety.

Full UK driver’s license
