Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking for a Site Operative to join the team at Ballykinler Camp in Northern Ireland.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning on the Estate. You will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

This role is being offered on a permanent basis covering 37 hours a week with a requirement to work some weekends, this is reflected in our Variable Days Allowance.
Main Responsibility
To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose
General housekeeping and janitorial duties
Sorting and issuing laundry packs
Handover and take back of accommodation blocks
Driving and operating fleet vehicles
General maintenance and DIY duties
Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Excellent communication skills
Previous housekeeping and caretaking experience (desirable)
Ability to complete documentation
Basic IT skills such as tablet use
Hold a Full Valid UK drivers licence (essential)
