Job Introduction
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our thriving business here at Landmarc. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the Injected project works across the region in the South West of England.
You will be responsible for a number of multiple discipline projects covering M&E and B&C as well as rural projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
Main Responsibility
Take the lead on fee earning projects, with a focus on a number of multiple discipline projects ranging in value.
Design and develop client brief, establishing the preferred options
Responsible for CDM compliance
Oversee the design and delivery of project works including project planning
Liaise with statutory bodies to gain relevant approvals
Identify and manage project risks
Minimise costs
Manage and administer supply chain contract
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective Project Management
Offer support with contractors
To complete all relevant documentation
Possible travel to other locations within region to support the works programme
The Ideal Candidate
HNC or equivalent in construction or project management, or equivalent and proven experience
Knowledge of health and safety
Knowledge of Project type work from construction or hard facilities management
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of workload scheduling and order processes, preferably in a multi-tasking environment
Knowledge of NEC3 contracts (desirable)
MOD Contracts and MOD requirements (desirable)
Ability to manage complex projects from cradle to grave
Deliver projects to tight deadlines
Able to interpret budgets and contract requirements
Health and Safety standards are met
Strong negotiating skills
Project management experience
IT Skills including MS Project
Manage and work with contractors
Budgets and contract requirements
Work with the CDM regulations and HSE requirements
M&E Background (desirable)
