Landmarc Support Services is offering an exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Project Management Coordinator to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will ideally have already worked within a busy project office and will be an innovative and dynamic individual who is keen to drive their career forward.

Hours of work: 37 per week
Days of work: Monday – Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury Wiltshire, SP3 4RX
Main Responsibility
- Track project progress and financial data
- Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders
- Assist with resource management and tender preparation
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and audit-ready
- Conduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved lists
- Support security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required)
- Organise and minute meetings across the East Region
- Prepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicing
- Drive continuous improvement in processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong financial and operational tracking skills
- Administrative or project support experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of CDM and workload scheduling
- Working towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalent
- Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence as this role will require some travel
