Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Domestic Plumbing & Heating Technician to join our team. In this mobile role, you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of domestic plumbing systems within commercial and tenanted properties. From routine repairs to urgent fixes, you’ll deliver high-quality service that meets our clients’ expectations.

Shifts run between: 08:00- 16:30, From Mon – Fri
Base Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS
Travel required: Across Salisbury Plain
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake both maintenance and installation work across commercial and industrial sites and projects.
- Work with various plumbing systems including Press-fit, Soldered, ABS, and PVC.
- Perform installations following working drawings
- Provide details to colleagues for the development of quotations for additional works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete certification and work orders to meet KPI's
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified domestic plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
- Ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Ability to lookahead, plan and work to tight deadlines.
- Full driving licence is essential (company van provided)
