Job Introduction

£18.00 per hour

Landmarc currently require a Multi Trader on a temporary basis at Swynnerton Camp. The role will require you to be responsible for maintenance, both planned and reactive at Swynnerton Camp near Stone in Staffordshire.

We are looking for someone that has a good breadth of knowledge and understanding of all trades, Building, Mechanical and Electrical, but essentially great at DIY.

You should be capable of managing your own workload, and advising and selecting materials required to complete works. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and willing nature.  

Main Responsibility

General woodworking

Door Ironmongery (door closures, locks, fittings etc.)

Flooring

Roof repairs, slating and tiling, flat roof patching

Plastering repairs

Tiling

Brickwork and concreting

Drainage and guttering

General grounds maintenance  

The Ideal Candidate

Strong Awareness of Health and Safety and working within a team

Strong communication skills

Maintenance and DIY skills

UK Driving Licence (essential)

Package Description

18.00 per hour
