Job Introduction
Landmarc currently require a Maintenance Technician (Electronics) to join our thriving business. The role will require you to be responsible for any electronic maintenance both planned and reactive on site. The successful candidate will be a good team player working within a small but dedicated team also with the ability to work alone or with minimum supervision.
Main Responsibility
Climbing at heights
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in an electronic workshop/ground radio type environment
Knowledge of RAF military maintenance requirements
Knowledge of microwave links and fibre optics
Knowledge of HRDF, COSSOR Single & Multichannel AGA and Mascot Communications equipment.
Knowledge of Health and Safety such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work
The Ideal Candidate
Carry out electronic maintenance, repairs and modifications to Airfield Navigational Aids
Portable Appliance Testing
Work well in a team
IT skills
Ability to complete documentation/reports
Liaise with stakeholders
Work within a military environment
