Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor at Otterburn Training Camp.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Maintenance team by coordinating all planned and reactive M&E Gas LPG maintenance requests, this will involve extensive IT usage on our internal maintenance management system.

On Call Duties Required: Overtime applicable
Location: Otterburn Training Camp, Otterburn, Northumberland, NE19 1NX
Main Responsibility
- Supervise the site maintenance team and support Maintenance Managers
- Carry out Hard FM preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
- Assist with maintenance scheduling and planning
- Monitor work orders to performance contract KPI’s
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is current
- Maintain workload scheduling and documentation
The Ideal Candidate
- Skilled in workload scheduling and hard FM maintenance
- Strong health and safety knowledge (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Team leadership ability
- Advanced in Microsoft applications
- Efficient under deadlines
- Clear communicator with clients
- Holds a valid driving license (essential)
- Experience with CAFM and SFG20 systems (desirable)
Essential: Gas Safe ACS/CCN1 (LPG) Domestic Boilers & Analysis qualification and industry experience (gas / mechanical)
