Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate all Maintenance activities at Hythe Ranges.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Maintenance team by coordinating all planned and reactive maintenance requests, this will involve extensive IT usage on our internal maintenance management system, IT literacy is crucial for this role.

On Call Duties Required: Overtime applicable
Main Responsibility
- Coordinate all site maintenance requirements with the Maintenance Manager
- Manage maintenance activities via internal systems (advanced Excel skills needed)
- Liaise with stakeholders for effective maintenance delivery
- Oversee reactive and planned and preventative maintenance
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is current
- Manage work order processing with the DIO
- Become the subject matter expert in maintenance safety and usage
- Maintain workload scheduling and documentation
- Participate in on-call schedule
The Ideal Candidate
- Skilled in workload scheduling and hard FM maintenance
- Strong health and safety knowledge (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Team leadership ability
- Advanced in Microsoft applications
- Efficient under deadlines
- Clear communicator with clients
- Holds a valid driving license (essential)
- Experience with CAFM and SFG20 systems (desirable)
