Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dedicated team at Sennybridge Training Camp.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a skilled team of electricians, ensuring the smooth operation and safety of electrical systems across the Defence Training Estate.

 

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Hours per week: 37

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Brecon, Powys, Wales, LD3 8PN

Main Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of electricians adhering to IET Wiring Regulations
  • Oversee electrical maintenance for the Wales and West region
  • Plan and manage scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and safety standards
  • Manage contractors and ensure timely task completion
  • Maintain asset records using digital and paper systems
  • Set and monitor KPIs for team performance
  • Support with major and minor maintenance tasks
  • Travel to regional sites to oversee projects and manage maintenance operations

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and property maintenance
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, IOSH, risk assessments)
  • Experience with work scheduling and budget management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Familiar with SFG20, BMS systems, and Maximo
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ/SVQ Level 3, 18th Edition IET)
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required
