Job Introduction
Landmarc currently require an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our thriving business. The role will require you to be responsible for any maintenance both planned and reactive on site. The successful candidate will be a good team player working within a small but dedicated team also with the ability to work alone or with minimum supervision.+
Please note, that for exceptional candidates that are willing to work at both Longmoor and Brunswick Camps, there may be a higher salary available.
Main Responsibility
Install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations in a Built Estate Environment, in accordance with the current edition of the IET Wiring Regulations and in-line with company KPI’s
Complete appropriate and relevant Electrical Certificate(s) and Electrical Condition Report(s) where required
Comply with all statutory workplace safety requirements (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, Manual Handling, Working at Height, etc)
Carry out basic Targetry/Radar electrical repairs/maintenance
Travel to other sites where required
Part of On-Call duty rota (outside normal working hours)
The Ideal Candidate
Completion of level 3 qualification such as City and Guilds, ONC, NVQ or equivalent supported by relevant experience
IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - City & Guilds 2382
Inspection & Test - City & Guilds 2391
Take on Authorised Person (AP) training
