Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to join the team at RAF Spadeadam in Cumbria.

The Ideal Candidate

Carry out electrical maintenance repairs

Rewiring, inspection and testing, PAT testing and small installation works

Carry out a PPM electrical maintenance schedule of weekly, monthly & annual tasks

Install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations in a Built Estate Environment, in accordance with the current edition of the IET Wiring Regulations and in-line with company KPI’s

Complete appropriate and relevant Electrical Certificate(s) and Electrical Condition Report(s) where required 

Comply with all statutory workplace safety requirements (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, Manual Handling, Working at Height, etc.)

Part of On-Call duty rota (outside normal working hours)  

Attendance of external courses as required

About the Company

Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship in Electrical Installations

Willingness to take on Electrical AP duties

BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations plus amendments

BS2391 or equivalent inspection and testing

IPAF, City and guilds or NVQ equivalent

Valid UK driving licence
