Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Introduction

Landmarc are currently looking to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team.

As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you are required to support the team with the coordination of a range of processes, including but not limited to development and performance.

Please note, this role is a Hybrid opportunity and we would expect the successful person to be in the office, near Netheravon, 3 days per week.

Interviews will be held week commencing 19th June 2023. 

Main Responsibility

Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with staff, managers, external contacts and other relevant bodies.

Support the team with the coordination of all training including event management, closing events, training records and certification.

Provide reporting on development and performance to meet business needs.

Provide support to ensure learning materials are provided.

Support the team to coordinate new material development and be able to react to the changing business needs by utilising technology in the best way possible.

Provide support to ensure the effective running of the full training cycle (training needs analysis, development, delivery and evaluation).

Other administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

Demonstrate good Microsoft Office skills and database system operation

Work on many tasks concurrently

Excellent attention to detail

Communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and engaging way

Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease

Ability to cope with pressure and work in a fast paced industry

Have good organisational and administrative skills

Have the ability to prioritise

Excellent IT skills

Be able to work to deadlines

Ability to work flexible hours as required

Excellent customer service skills

Willingness to learn about Landmarc specific skills

Understanding or ability to learn the different tools and techniques utilized in the full training cycle or willingness to learn

CIPD qualified or willingness to obtain

Experience within a Learning & Development role (desirable) full training will be provided
