Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services are currently looking to recruit an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join the team, on a one year fixed term contract.
You will support the business with the day to day recruitment process, which will include writing adverts, advertising, shortlisting and screening candidates to confirm their suitability for the job, they are applying for. You will also be required to build and support relationships in the business by being an effective and efficient communicator, at all levels.
The role will also support the wider HR team with a competent administration service as required.
We are happy to offer this role as a Hybrid working opportunity, but will require the successful person to attend the office at Westdown Camp, in Wiltshire (SP3 4RS) at least twice a week. There will be lots of training when you arrive, so the requirement for travel and to be on site, initially, will be greater.
Main Responsibility
Provide guidance on all HR and Recruitment matters to staff and managers in the regions
Utilise and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Tribe Pad) and Select HR (Access)
Make regular phone calls to candidates and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Screen candidates to confirm their suitability for the role they are applying for.
Create and amend job adverts, ready for advertising
Build and maintain relationships with the regions and the recruiting managers
Maintain confidentiality and security at all times
Work flexibly with colleagues in the HR team ensuring continuity of service across all regions for holidays, sickness, etc.
Some overnight stays and willingness to travel to other sites across the UK
The Ideal Candidate
Experience of working in a similar HR or Recruitment role
Experience of using a HR Information System or Applicant Tracking System
Good knowledge of UK employment law
A good understanding of customer services
Communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and effective way
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrate good Microsoft Office skills and database system operation
Deal confidently with managers at all levels
Remain calm under pressure and able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
Able to travel to regional sites as appropriate
The ideal candidate will have or be working towards a CIPD Level 3
