As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep critical Defence training facilities safe, compliant and fully operational across the regional training areas (CPTA sites). This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same, working with a team that values high standards, reliability and a proactive approach. Your work directly supports the safe running of essential military training environments.

About the Organisation
Landmarc supports the UK Armed Forces by keeping the Defence Training Estate running safely and effectively. We manage training areas and ranges, maintain essential infrastructure and deliver major improvement projects that enhance military training across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in line with IET Wiring Regulations
- Ensuring all work meets IET Wiring Regulations and safe systems of work
- Managing a mix of planned, reactive, statutory, and mandatory tasks
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safe systems of work
- Using IT systems and manual records to complete accurate documentation
- Working closely with colleagues and site contacts to deliver a seamless service
- Being part of an on‑call rota 1 in 4 weeks (overtime/TOIL applicable)
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
- BS7671 18th Edition
- BS2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
- Full UK driving licence
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in commercial electrical maintenance
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Confidence using IT systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
