Job Introduction

We currently have 6 Cleaning Operative positions available at West Tofts Camp, just on the outskirts of Thetford in Norfolk.

This is a flexible role and we are happy to consider options that will suit your lifestyle, this might to work around school pick up/drop off or just one day a week, let us know what you are looking for, Landmarc can offer up to 37 hours per week.

You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning on the military camps that surround West Tofts, you will be part of small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

The role may be based at each of the 3 camps, Wretham, West Tofts and Bodney. All within the STANTA Region.

Main Responsibility

You will be responsible for the camp general maintenance, house keeping, preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, soft FM, stock management, waste services and sustainability or environmental tasks.

Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective site delivery e.g. handover/ take back of facilities with service users

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems.

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

The Ideal Candidate

Understand Health and Safety such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work

An understanding of stock control and systems

Great communication with customers

Full UK Driving Licence

Work in a diverse multi tasking mobile team environment

Basic laboring, caretaking and housekeeping skills

Ability to complete documentation

Basic IT skills
