Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Agent to join the team at Landmarc at our offices on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire.
We are seeking someone who has good knowledge of working in a customer service role, and who has a keen eye for detail and will enjoy working in a busy office. You will be a determined and organised individual and able to work well under pressure.
This varied and exciting role will involve by dealing with inbound and outbound calls to users of the Defence Training Estate, whilst upholding the best customer service at all times. The role offers excellent career progression into a forward thinking company.
This role is being offered on a part time basis covering 22.5 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08.30 – 17.00, with an early finish on Friday.
Main Responsibility
- Providing a helpdesk service for the National Training Estate
- Creating work orders
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Reception cover
- Administration
The Ideal Candidate
- Computer literate
- A good level of numeracy and literacy
- Confident at communicating on the phone or by email
- To be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good administration skills
- Customer service experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Live within commutable distance of the office
