Job Introduction
Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking a Bookings Administrator to join the team at Longmoor Camp in Liss, Hampshire.
As a Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all bookings for military training ranges and accommodation used by the Armed Forces during training exercises. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse environment and showcase your strong administration skills.

Main Responsibility
Be the first point of contact for customers dealing with all matters relating to bids for training facilities
Maintaining document recording for technical services
Co-ordinate and upload reports on the Booking Management System
Assist with the provision of a full and effective administrative service Including;
- typing
- photocopying
- stationery control
- other associated administrative functions
Implement and maintain effective information storage retrieval systems
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
Develop and maintain trusted relationships
The Ideal Candidate
Office and Administration skills
Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
Experience of communicating with stakeholders
Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
Ability to follow processes within time constraints
Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
