Job Introduction
Landmarc are looking for x2 Bookings Administrators to join the team at Longmoor Camp in Liss, Hampshire on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the Bookings Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of the bookings for the military training ranges and accommodation that the Armed Forces will use whilst on training exercises.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for anyone with a strong administration background looking to work in a busy and demanding environment. Longmoor Camp is conveniently situated just off the A3.
As the Bookings Administrator you would be required to use a variety of office equipment and technology, including both computers and tablets. This role would require you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, you will support your team by providing a comprehensive administration service and support the Booking and Management System.
Main Responsibility
Be the first point of contact for customers dealing with all matters relating to bids for training facilities
Ensure that accurate data is recorded within relevant databases
Assist with the provision of a full and effective administrative service
Including typing, photocopying, stationery control and other associated administrative functions.
Implement and maintain effective information storage retrieval systems
Develop and maintain relationships
The Ideal Candidate
Ability to operate office and communications equipment effectively
Computer literate
A good level of numeracy and literacy
Experience of communicating with stakeholders
Excellent administration skills
Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
Ability to follow processes within time constraints
IT Skills
Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
